🚍 Transport Rules & Regulations
📌 General Guidelines:
- Bus Timings: Students must reach the designated bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid delays.
- ID Card: Every student must carry their school transport ID card while boarding the bus.
- Seating Arrangement: Students must occupy their assigned seats and are not allowed to change seats during transit.
- Respect & Discipline: Maintain silence and decorum inside the bus. Shouting, pushing, or misbehaving will not be tolerated.
- Cleanliness: Keep the bus clean. Littering, eating, or drinking (except water) is strictly prohibited.
- Use of Mobile Phones: Mobile phones should be used only for emergency calls, if permitted by school authorities.
🛑 Safety Rules:
✅ Board and exit the bus in an orderly manner.
✅ Do not extend hands or heads out of the windows.
✅ In case of an emergency, listen to the attendant’s instructions carefully.
✅ Follow the driver’s and transport staff’s instructions at all times.
⚠️ Disciplinary Actions for Rule Violations:
🚫 First Warning: Verbal warning from the transport staff.
🚫 Second Warning: Written notice to parents.
🚫 Third Warning: Suspension from school transport services.
The school reserves the right to withdraw transport facilities for students who repeatedly violate the rules.
